The RNHA is a major user of the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) which enables our members and others to undertake the necessary checks required for employment within the sector.

At present, our system is paper-based but in the near future will change to a computerised system, provided by Capita, which will streamline the whole process and enable results to be available much more quickly.

At the same time, our new online system will be linked to a payment facility, provided by Sage Pay, which will enable users to pay for CRB checks, online, at the time of completing them.
